Good YouTube documentary
____For most avid fans, they may either know every single bit of this documentary, but for everyone else who would like to see Marilyn's Cinderella story, please check out the following on YouTube. You will see a real UP story, the real Marilyn Monroe before the Hollywood machine turned her into a tragic figure. It's a little reworking of the book'Finding Marilyn' by David Conover. Watching this sweet story makes you wonder how in the heck it could turn out as it did? I think Robert Mitchum said it best, Marilyn was too open, too loving, too giving, and Hollywood used her up. That shows up as the undertone of the entire documentary, the crase commercialation of a commodity named Marilyn Monroe.
One part was a little disappointing, not naming Charles Stanley Gifford as her real father. It is implied her father could have been Edward Mortenson who was long out of the picture when Norma Jeane was born.
