Alright gents, I saw that nobody posted a single thread yet over at the Kurosawa forum and I felt outraged. So here it is, the first thread on the Akira Kurosawa forum.

I like his films in general, but LOVE LOVE LOVE ...............

"RASHOMON".

OMG could watch it over and over & never get tired of it.........

and I'd KILL to be able to find a poster of the famous shot where he's aiming the arrow and she is behind him.........!!!!!!

I could not begin to rank these great movies. They are so different, and all so amazing ... ranking just doesn't enter into it with Kurosawa.
