Carnegie Hall Album

Anyone have a fave cut from this album? Stupid question, as there are so many great cuts,
but I know as a kid (I'm talking eight!), I used to blast "Zing! Went The Strings of My Heart"
over our backyard speakers, driving the neighbors nuts!

When I worked as a DJ many moons later, I would end my shows with "Chicago." It never
failed to rock the house. People were really swinging.

I still think I would pick that as my all-time favorite cut, coincidentally, it's last. But runners
up include "If Love Were All", "Over the Rainbow", "I Can't Give You Anything But Love",
and "Stormy Weather."

The entire Album is terrific!

But for me, "The Man That Got Away" rivals the ASIB original. Such power in her voice... pleading... pathos.

Funny, I prefer the TV show version (guest Lean Horne), alongside ASIB. But Carnegie is great, too.

Of the 2 versions from her TV show (that I am aware of), I don't have a preference. But, watching her is always mesmerizing.

Wish Randy was in on this. He preferred Judy's solo version from her concert TV episode, which is admittedly
rawer and far more dramatic. But I love Judy's cool, restrained, yet equally powerful performance from
the Horne hour.

P.S.: I lost Randy's personal email address, so I have no idea if he'll find us here, Mike. Hope the OTHER
one doesn't!! God be with us there.

I was wondering if you were able to contact Randy. I never had his address, so I can't help.
