Petition to remove Kowalski from being mayor/king of MovieChat.

He only thinks he's mayor because he smokes a lot of mayorjuana, and he can't be the king because hownos has more posts. But even if he did have the most posts, we can't let someone like him be our representative. We have a reputation here. Make your voice heard below.
