πŸ“¦ EVER HELP A FRIEND MOVE?

I HAVE...A COUPLE TIMES....HELPED MY SISTER MOVE A DOZEN TIMES....HOW ABOUT YOU GUYS?

reply

Yes but the percentage goes down as you get older.

You realize that $500 spent on movers saves some hassle.

ExactlyπŸ’―!

reply

Many times, and it's mostly been positive experiences in spite of the physical effort/sweat involved.

It helps when they buy you lunch.

reply

YES!....LUNCH IS A DEFINITE BONUS.

reply

Do you live under the bridge?

reply

I also helped my sister move, once. That was a big operation. She has three kids and was getting divorced from her d-bag, lying, hypocrite husband.

One advantage of being an autistic misfit, I guess. Don't get asked to help people move often when you don't really know many people well.

AT 6'6" 220LBS......AUTISTIC MUTANT OR NOT...WHICH I AM...PEOPLE EXPECT YOU TO HELP THEM LIFT AND MOVE THINGS....WHICH SOMETIMES SUCKS.

reply

Couple of times.

reply

Lots of times. It's a great way to hang out with your pals, help them get settled into their new place and even score some free stuff that they want to give away.

Example: I was helping someone move on one occasion, and they offered me their 70 inch TV since they had already ordered a new one and would otherwise have to figure out how to drop it. That and the free pizza made it a great day.

reply

FREE TVS AND PIZZA IS AWESOME.

reply

No.

IN ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF WE WILL BE MOVING FROM CALI TO MONTANA.....YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO GIVE US A HAND....YOU KNOW...FOR THE EXPERIENCE.πŸ˜‰

reply

Yes, once or twice. If they have all their stuff packed and ready to go, it's not bad, plus a U-Haul always helps
