How do you prefer to post statistics? Fractions, Decimals, Percentages, Ratios?

For example:

Fraction: 1/2 of the U.S. population likes chocolate.

Decimal: 0.5 of U.S. population likes chocolate.

Percentage: 50% of the U.S. population like chocolate.

Ratio: 1 out of 2 people in the U.S. like chocolate.

I personally use fractions the most, but I have a feeling most like percentages.

Fractions for simplification, percentages for accuracy and ratios for cooking, mixing or rhetorical purposes.

I would translate what you listed as a decimal into a percentage pretty much automatically when reading it aloud.
