What do I use as cappuccino sprinkles?

Until recently the maker of the cappuccino packets I get were supplying a little shaker of powder with their boxes of packets. Now they've stopped and I don't know exactly what the powder was.

I tried cocoa powder from the supermarket, but it's very bitter even though it smells chocolatey. What should I get?

Maybe take a chocolate slab and use a grater, and you have your sprinkles.

I've tried that, but it melts too quick as soon as the foam is disturbed and kinda vanishes

I Googled cappuccino toppings and got a few hits.

Contact the manufacturer and see if you can buy them separately or find out what they were exactly.
