Full Page Mobile Ads

I've started (over the past day or two) getting full page ads on mobile when I click on threads.

This is a step up from the embedded ads in the middle of the page, which were annoying but at least navigable. With this, I have to close the ad before it continues on to the page. Must happen every four or five times I click on a link I guess.

I've never bothered with ad blockers before but this might be the time to set one up.

I'm on android and using chrome. Anyone else with the same set up here with a blocker they could recommend?

I was more thinking a plugin for chrome but really I should just use this. Only thing so far is the wee duck popping up at the top but hopefully that's just a start up thing...

MOVIECHAT, STOP THE FUCKING POPUP ADS THAT REQUIRE YOU CLICK ON AN X TO GET RID OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be careful about clicking on X to close pop-ups. Sometimes they're a hidden execution which allows a virus. I had to pay $100+ to a techie to remove a virus for that advice.

I close the browser using the "close window" prompt, through the task bar or specifically the back arrow with these pop-ups.
