Because the age of 18 is arbitrary and it's not like you'd be able to tell the difference. A 15 year old could easily look 18 and vice versa. It's weird just like guys who have a fetish of girls wearing school girl outfits.

If you are curious about an actor's age just do a Google search. You'll find out their age and more even if nothing is listed on IMDb.
