A rather sinister woman is singing to the tune of "Them Bones Shall Hear the Word of the Lord" talking about "the ward" breaking bones. I thought it was from The Rocky Horror Picture Show but I just watched it and it isn't. Nothing comes up in Google. Thanks for any help.

No, it was a parody of the spiritual. Unless Siskel and Ebert sometimes reviewed older films, the movie I am looking for would have probably come out in the 1980s or 1990s as that is when I would have been watching their show the most. Thanks.
I just checked, and you're right, it was The Ruling Class, although a man sings the song when I remembered it as a woman. Perhaps Siskel and Ebert were reviewing older films or a rerelease or something.
