Pathetic employers, F^*k you!!!!!

I just watched a new youtube video, talking about how a trucking firm in Houston just terminated the employment of all their drivers. And apparently are brokering out the work too the lowest bidding driver, who leases or owns their own truck and trailer. Seems there's lots of shit like this in the news now and has been for a while. And not just in the logistics business, but all throughout the whole workforce. Are society just seems to be going right down the toilet due to peoples cheap scoundrolish ways. I think all of, or most of the workforce should go on strike, and pretty much flip the middle finger at these worthless employers. Tell them to clean up their acts and provide raises, and kick out these cheap foreign workers. Has anything like this ever happened before? Where a large contingent of workers who feel they've been wronged, told their employers too pay up or shove it!
