Mine is Gjetost, a Norwegian cheese my buddy just got me onto. Really delicious stuff

Havarti and Muenster

I've never had nor heard of "Gjetost" cheese but now I want to try it.

Its a brown cheese, incredibly creamy and sweet with a caramel like flavor. It sells under the brand "Ski Queen" at my local health food store

I'd say blue cheese with some sort of sweet jam on top.

My least favorite is Ricotta Salata. Awful and seems to be on a lot of cheese plates here.
