About 12 years ago. We learnt that they had the largest Japanese population outside of Japan!

I lived there a couple of years... I do not remember to have seen too many of this sculptures in the City..just try "Düsseldorf " without "cartwheeler"😉. The symbols of the City are The Rhine, the old town, Fortuna Düsseldorf and the Königsallee. In the near is the Neandertal valley.
