He is delightful but he never stands out as his character.

The main reason is because he is such a character in real life.

He was in heavy makeup in Star Trek: DS9 and yet you can clearly tell it's him.

216 IMDB credits. The guy is a worker and evidentially just fine on a project.

I really enjoyed him in The Princess Bride, probably his best known performance. He’s a very dependable character actor that plays lisping nerds or creeps, I like him!
