I'm a dog owner. Lately my pet dog is the only thing that gives me moments of true happiness. Frustrations as well, but the moments of happiness are intense like euphoric. They are such innocent animals. They have the intelligence of a 1-2 year old human child.
How much do you love your pooch?
I HAVE TWO...BANDIT & SHERIFF...JACK RUSSEL/CHIHUAHUA MIX...I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET A PAIR OF GERMAN SHEPHERDS...THE "WIFE" SURPRISED US...WITHIN A MONTH THE DOGS WERE BONDED WITH ME AND OVER A DECADE LATER I GO NOWHERE WITHOUT THEM.

They really are great, though it’ll be tough soon enough as my terrier mix is on its home stretch; hopefully it’s several years before she shuffles off this mortal coil.
Love and care for them and they’ll love you back. I’m sure the food and treats thing help with their reciprocation…but nonetheless, dogs are awesome…
Shoutout to cats….yeah, they can be little divas and picky, but they’re cool….I feed a few strays in my neighborhood and my dog likes to “welcome” them when the enter the yard…
