Is the humble cow the all-time MVP of the animal kingdom?

I'm using the term "cow" for lack of a better term. Unlike every other animal I know of, the "cow" has no singular-form common name, though it has plenty of conditional names. For example, cow is a female that has given birth. Heifer is a female that has yet to give birth. Bull is a male. Steer is a young castrated male. Ox is an older steer.

In any case, we have:

Beef

Milk/butter/cheese and other dairy products

Leather

At least three well-known sports centered around them (bull fighting, ox pulling, and bull riding)

A major worldwide tourist attraction (Running of the Bulls)

Hoof glue and hide glue

One of the most romanticized professions in human history (cowboy) is centered around them, which has spawned an entire genre of books, movies, and TV shows.

Their horns have long been popular decorations for vehicles, especially in Texas.

Their manure has long been a popular and effective natural fertilizer for crops.

They make for good beasts of burden, especially in ox form, and especially when yoked with another ox.

Their rendered fat (beef tallow) was the primary reason that McDonald's french fries used to be so good, until they kowtowed to asinine "food politics" based on junk science in 1990 - https://carnivorebar.com/blogs/carnivore-bar-blog/did-you-know-that-mcdonalds-fries-used-to-be-cooked-in-beef-tallow
