Why arent we allowed profile pictures

If this place allowed pics, gifs, likes etc then it would be better than fb with no doubt.
I have made fb way more tolerable by using the block feature.

sharehonestly, I dont think its possible to make any chat board better than IMDb. this site and others like it are just for people who are retired, unemployed or homebound.
I havent been on FB since 2012. I am still surprised that people use it.
What I miss about IMDb was chatting about movies which hardly anyone wants to do anymore on these knockoffs.
Though I will admit that more will talk about movies/TV here then FB.
Which is odd since they call themselves FILMboards.
I miss talking about movies too and actually having a conversation and not getting mocked or trolled.
no one really talks about movies on either site. as you prob are aware most of the soapbox trolls, politics people and GOT turds went to filmboards after their sites were shut down.
movie chat has lost a lot of good people due to rampant trolling and poor moderation over the years. now its just the worst of the worst.
maybe someday IMDb will come back...π€
