Amazon delivered to wrong address... what should I do?

Today 01/08 Amazon delivered my package (worth $51) to a neighbor.

We are both businesses (not residential).

It was signed by their manager (first name).

She is most likely going to keep the package since we are not on speaking terms.

I will approach them tomorrow and ask for it though... but chances of them handing it over to us is remote... I know these people... they are the worst.

I don't have surveillance video... only her first name as "Signed By" on Amazon's delivered page.

Is there anything else I can do? Call the police?

Amazon has offered me a refund, but I am upset about theft in general.

You could sneak onto their premises under the cover of night, reclaim your goods, cover your tracks and leave, thus setting this cosmic injustice to rights.
Or…
You could just take the refund, reorder whatever this was and resign to the fact that life stinks.
