First weekend of 2024.
Happy new year and let’s fucking goooooo!!!!

This Movie Party will allow two things to happen:
 -people will be able to watch the same movie at the same time and interact here
-people will be able to have common movies to watch over the weekend and share reviews on my other weekly thread.   

Event #1: Friday night, Jan. 5th. 9PM Eastern time (if you want to watch live) and event closes Sunday at 9PM (if you haven’t been able to watch live.)

ALI SPOTTED THE DVD AT GOODWILL...I VERY MUCH ENJOYED IT...80S GOODNESS...BUT I HAD NEVER HEAD OF IT...NOT EVEN IN PASSING...WHICH I GUESS IS APPROPRIATE AS THE DVD IS PART OF A SERIES IT WOULD SEEM ENTITLED THE LOST FILMS.

there's no other movie i want to watch other than home alone 1.

because that's the movie me liking the most.

and there's no other movie that gives me so many laughs like home alone 1 does.

yeah and i even laugh at scenes just when pausing the movie on them.

plus, i refuse to ignore the fact that a few of the cast members were born in the same exact year as me.

right, hillary wolf / megan, angela goethals / linnie, devin ratray/buzz and mike maronna/jeff were all born in 1977 and i was as well.

and plus even though they're only doing supporting roles.

but, all of them say multiple quotes that make me break out into laughs.

it's great to know that i am in a 4 way tie with them in real life for the same age.

don't even get me started about home alone 2,

since never again with watching that movie i refuse to because i can't handle the fact that

hillary wolf quit acting right after that movie

and i can't handle the fact that angela goethals is absent in it
