shareI've been there, and it's getting worse. Yesterday, I was falling asleep by 7:30pm, but I didn't wanna wake up at midnight, but then got a second wind (like usual - my body hates change) and couldn't sleep until past midnight but I wake up at 4:30am
shareYeah, I'm usually all over the shop. Work helps, but it's not guaranteed. Sleep be a fickle mistress.
