“Plus size” must have killed you, as it is not alliterative.
Might I suggest “plentifully proportioned” instead ?

"Pudgy plus sizer" is another option, as in: "This pudgy plus sizer is a proponent..."

"Plus size" is what was written in the article. "Palace" was also a stretch.
