I like cold climates, so yes. Specifically, Fairbanks. Not too small and not too big.
The high cost of living does seem like a big turn-off though.

Too cold and I'd go stir crazy in trying to adapt to their 30 days of night, which I hear is more like Twilight and not as dark as it's made out to be??
