You might want to start with that. Those online businesses usually don't pan out. I'm sure Walmart is hiring. Maybe do the shirt thing as a side gig.

YOU NEED EYEBALLS ON YOUR SHIRTS...YOU NEED TO START A YOUTUBE CHANNEL OR SOMETHING SIMILAR...MAKE INTERESTING CONTENT AND FEATURE THE SHIRTS...OR SEND SOME FREE SAMPLES TO ESTABLISHED CONTENT CREATORS...A LOT OF MERCH OUT THERE THESE DAYS...BUT IF THE SHIRTS ARE CREATIVE AND YOU CAN GET EYEBALLS ON THEM...MAKING A BUSINESS OUT OF SHIRTS IS A DO-ABLE THING.

Just print up a million of those "SUPREME" T-shirts, throw them in a back of a van, go to any middle school, and sell them for 10 bucks
