Foods for men: Eggs (bah), oysters (bah), asparagus (ππΌ), figs (ππΌ), almonds (ππΌ), nuts (ππΌππΌ), brown rice (ππΌππΌ), salmon (bah) and avocado (not keen myself, but fair enough).
Foods for women: Soy products (lucky ladies), packaged and deep fried food, beer and alcohol, beetroot, dairy products, chicken.
Men, CUT OUT THE BEER, CUT OUT THE MILK and REDUCE THE MEAT. INCREASE the VIRTUE. We have the power to BE BETTER. Let's show it. Remember it's NOT 'misogynist' to strive to be better than the others, despite what the militants may say (after all, the militants have self-serving reasons to see us fail π ).
