Supringly, I actually like both (for different reasons), but if you're talking in terms of song writing & vocal ability, I'd say Neil.

After that you’ll be good to continue on by yourself through the ridiculously vast catalog of the legend that is Ozzy Osbourne. Perry Mason by Ozzy is also an underrated gem. 🤘🏻 share
