I think golf is so boring but this warm up shot is probably the best shot in the history of golf

I know almost nothing about golf news, is this real?
shareYes - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ni6E7L7XeKA
Here is probably the most famous shot at that hole, #16 Augusta National.

Pretty amazing, Woods was eyeing that slope like a General planning an attack.
I tried golf a couple times and was embarrassingly awful, it’s amazing people can do stuff like that.
Thanks for that Youtube link...I love reading the comments on amazing things like this.
shareTIN CUP...AM I RIGHT?🙂
shareI bet I know less about the game than that movie lol😬
I played twice, both times unmitigated disasters. Oddly enough I really enjoyed the practice driving range but was also awful at that.
Mini-Golf is a lot of fun though👍
THAT'S ME...MINI-GOLF ROCKS...I USED TO LOVE GOLF CLUBS AS A KID BECAUSE OF CASEY JONES...MY DAD(A GOLF LOVER)...KEPT GETTING ME CLUBS THINKING I WAS PRACTICING...I JUST KEPT WALKING AROUND SMACKING RANDOM SHIT WITH THEM...NINJA STYLE...THAT IS MY GOLF EXPERIENCE...I DO LIKE THE FILM TIN CUP THOUGH...FIRST THING I THOUGHT OF WHEN I SAW THAT VIDEO FROM THE OP.
shareIf you can find a driving range with two levels...go on the second floor. You'll have so much more fun wacking balls in the sky. It won't do shit for your driving game but you'll feel so much better after a hundred balls.
shareOh yeah, the second level was always the most fun.
Maybe we were assholes but when the mosquito-netted golf cart sweeper went out on the field to get the balls my friends and I aimed at it every time 😄
We hardly ever hit it though.
I ❤️ that movie!
sharepure luck.
shareThat's Jon Rahm and that was during the Par 3 Contest at The Masters one year. If he's not the best player in the world now, it's an awfully short list in front of him.
I've never had a hole in one myself (have all the usual stories...hit the flagstick a couple of times, finished a foot or two away, etc.), but my brother has one and I got to witness one when I played in a golf league about 20 years ago. It was a real thrill to witness one...I think I was happier about the hole in one than the guy who hit it! 😃
