Like for example I purchase a shampoo I'm not happy with the way it leaves my hair after use... I use it once or twice and a couple of days later ask for refund... would they refund with receipt?
I usually don't ask for any refunds... I have done some at Wal-Mart in the past but it has been actually defective items or broken items... but not with something I'm just 'not satisfied' with.

I have a buddy who sells and repairs mobile phones and has to deal with "angry" customers who want to make a return all the time... This approach has made him mildly successful in defusing a situation against several Kare... I mean people asking for the manager, but it's at least something...
Usually, companies write about exactly that on the bottle. "If you're not fully satisfied, we'll refund the purchase price." They put a phone number you can call.
