Anyone else notice and have become tired of this TV trope?
You have two important characters on a show or movie that have some sort of conflict or issue, and during the course of whatever the adventure they are on, they come across some other people with problems paralleling their own. And as they help to fix the issues between these new people, they come to realize that it also applies to themselves and everything is resolved all hunky dory. And usually at some point, one of the main characters says something like "Are we still talking about so and so..."
Becomes a bit annoying after the 50th time you've seen something like that. (not to mention how unlikely it is that someone would come across other people with the exact same issue at the exact same time. Sure it could happen in rare occasions, but not with the frequency that we see).
