Just had 4 winter tires installed. 2 days later a flat tire. Should dealership charge customer or replace for free?

If the tires are under the puncture warranty, they should be replaceable for free or with a possible small charge for tax/disposal fees depending on where you are.

Depends on what caused the flat. Was it a defect or did you run over something?

Dealership called me. They said "valve steam" leak. They replaced tire at no charge.

So they effed up.

Nice. With a defect, its definitely their responsibility. Running over a nail or something would have just been bad luck.
