i received a 12 hour suspension from twitter, and i have another 2hr 29m before i can get back in.
sadly, twitter is a very big part of my life.
so i'm going to read for a bit, then figure out what i'm watching tonight.

You should see it as a detox and dump it for good. I once thought I could never live without Facebook and now I’m over 12 months clean and I’ve never been happier!

i've said much, much worse things than that on twitter. i can't believe that's what got me suspended, lol.
i actually really love twitter. yeah, it's a bit of a cesspool, but i've had tons of great experiences there. i've had conversations & got to ask questions of some really big brains. i don't think i could ever let go of it. if i ever got perma-banned, i'm not sure how i would cope.
Fair enough. I always had a love/hate relationship with Facebook but I was addicted to it and it became an unhealthy waste of time for me. I never even considered joining Twitter though.
sharefacebook is a different animal to me, and one with fewer redeeming qualities.
i really only stay on facebook because there are some decent groups that i've joined. i mostly just browse, but occasionally participate.
Yeah you can't say death and stuff like that. I once said "All men must die" quote from GoT and that did it.
sharei was suspended once before, and that was for quoting a bit of movie dialogue that included the 'r' word repeatedly.
that one i contested, but no one ever bothered to respond to my complaints.
i could understand if it looked like i was using the word in a threatening or harassing way. but it was perfectly clear that i was just quoting movie dialogue - i was responding to a tweet asking for favourite movie quotes!
it's a funny old world, as they say.
Yeah No one ever responded to mine either. Best thing to do is to delete it.

sharei guess i got banned cuz i was slightly too pissy with someone. which seems crazy when you look at some of the insane stuff you can find on there.

I heard that if you post too many tweets within an hour, your account gets locked.
i didn't know that, but i just looked it up and it is absolutely true that you will be put in twitter jail if you over-tweet.
apparently the limit is 100 tweets per hour or 2400 per day. i've never been so inspired or full of rage that i had to tweet that much.
the most i ever tweeted at once was probably during a fight i had last year with some anti-vax maniac. but i can't imagine even there i came close to tweeting a hundred times. he did push my blood pressure to life-threatening levels, though.
I'm also relatively late to the game. Got my 2nd Moderna shot August 11.
Injection site was sore for a couple of days, other than that no ill side effects whatsoever.
