I didn't think Bonfire of the Vanities (1990) was as bad as many people did, although it was a huge disappointment compared to Tom Wolfe's novel and what the movie could have been. Sorta like the first time I watched Godfather III, expecting it to be on a par with its two predecessors. And I wouldn't say it had the best cast, although it had some strong talent. But I do think it deserves an honorable mention for this topic.

Movie 43. Starring the likes of Kate Winslet, Hugh Jackman, Emma Stone, Chris Pratt, Naomi Watts & Richard Gere just to name a few

It's so bad, it makes you wonder how it even got greenlit

Most Al Pacino and Robert De Niro late career stuff.

Not a fan of Quentin Tarantino movies, but they have very good casts.

Probably lots of "all star cast" movies to choose from. I recently tried to watch The Towering Inferno (free on Amazon) and gave up after 15 minutes. Paul Newman, Steve McQueen, William Holden, Faye Dunaway, Fred Astaire, Richard Chamberlain, Jennifer Jones, Robert Vaughn, Robert Wagner...

Nine with : Daniel Day Lewis, Fergie, Nicole Kidman, Judi Dench, Penelope Cruz and Marion Cotillard.

it’s not awful but expected it to be much better than it was.

The original Ocean's 11 had a pretty impressive cast, but was pretty dull anyway. The remake did as well, but I liked that one. Then they made Oceans 12 and Oceans movies were back to being not very good.

Speaking of 70s Disaster Movies, how about "The Towering Inferno"? It's a disaster all right, ridiculous and great snark material, but it stars Paul Newman, Steve McQueen, Faye Dunaway, Fred Astaire and Jennifer Jones, O.J. Simpson, Dabney Coleman, etc.
