Be thankful for your friends. Family will be there until the very end, but with friends it’s a different story. These people make a conscious choice to talk to you and care for you. They don’t have to do these things at all. They have options. Many, MANY options. 8 billion other people on this planet they could talk to , far better things they could do with their time , but they choose to spend their limited time on earth with us.

We should feel lucky to have them, and thank them that they choose to talk to us.
