Are Israeli films/movies/documentaries/TV series/Streaming Series well known for intelligent dialogue and plots?

I’m really impressed by Israeli films/movies/TV series/Streaming Series because their dialog and story plots are really intelligent, unique, sophisticated and sometimes they are quite elegant.

Some examples are:

Fauda – TV Series

Zero Motivation – Comedy Movie/Film

FoxTrot – War Movie/Film

Beaufort – War Movie/Film

Footnote – Comedy/Drama Movie/Film

Baker and Beauty – TV Series

…

…

I’m really think they should be more famous than they actually are at present. They need more credit and fame. What do others think?

Zachi Noy would be my first thought when it comes to Israeli TV/movie exports.
His movies weren't exactly the best example for quality...
