Why did so many actors die of "heart attacks"

I've looked up many actors age and cause of death and so many actors (especially from the '40s-'60s) died in their 40s supposedly of heart attacks. I mean I know acting is a stressful profession, but really?! Is it possible some of them were murdered and listed as heart attacks? Of course the smoking, drinking, etc. didn't help. Anyway here's a short list of some of them:
Cleo Moore age 48: heart attack
David Janssen age 48: heart attack
John Candy age 43: heart attack
Chris Penn age 40: enlarged heart
Brittany Murphy 32--heart attack
James Gandolfini 51- heart attack

Probably all the coke and other hard drugs

Cocaine can cause heart attacks, or strokes, just so you know.

And it's certainly something the public will believe if the deceased is a middle-aged man and the survivors don't want to release the real cause of death, middle-aged men don't have as many heart attacks as they used to but they still happen.

PS: As for Murphy, who was neither a man nor middle-aged, well, people are STILL arguing about the cause of death.

Stressful life.
Penn, Candy and Gandolfini dou to weight problem. Brittany duo to drugs.

Brittany Murphy got pneumonia, likely from mold in her house.

As for heart attacks, correct me if I am wrong, heart disease is the #1 cause of death for Americans.

It wouldn't be any different for actors.
