Looks like a zinc oxide product. It gives you 100% block until it wears off. Perhaps he has had skin cancer issues???????

mark zuckerburg moved to Hawaii according to him was to embrace the culture and the Hawaiian way of life. First thing he does is sue a bunch of ancestral Hawaiians to sell there property rights to his ranch so he can have "privacy". he is the modern day joker but not as badass or cool at all. i hate that dude
