Hey everyone i just recently found this new place to talk about movies. I'm a huge fan of movies and have dream of being a movie director so I hope I can meet new people to talk about movies. My favourite film of all time is Heat (1995)

What is it that you like about that movie?
Hey thank you I love the realism, the film noir shots, the two main characters and the shootouts that are so tense that i felt like i was in those scenarios. This movie is a huge inspiration for making me dive deeper into other movies aswell as convince me to follow my dream of being a movie director
shareWonderful. I have seen some old film noir, but not much new stuff. Maybe I should look that up. You want to be a director. That seems to be a challenging career path. Have you directed anything yet?
shareI've made a short film and advert in collage the first one was inspired by my favorite martin Scorsese movie taxi driver. the only problem was it was very rushed as i had challenges looking for an actor and only at the last minute i found one and had to rush the film in one day so the quality and sound at times will look off. But I'm still going to keep trying
