Maybe this can help identify the problem. Unfortunately the couple of people who had the same problem I did, are not to be found in the last few pages...

So a new development... I'm able to edit my posts AFTER I type in at least one character from the smart phone. Then I can go on my laptop, and edit fully. So if anyone sees a post with nothing but an "X" on the subject and body, don't worry, I'm editing.

You don't give much info, like browser or OS, so that someone could help you diagnose the problem.

Yeah, this was for the Mods, who already know of my problem (for years)... But I got a new laptop, but that doesn't work.

I have Windows 10, I've tried all the browsers.. I'm able to log in, but when I try to create a post, reply, it will seem to transmit, then it automatically scrolls up, and there's nothing that was transmitted. However, if I go on this phone and type one letter and submit, I can use this same laptop, and then edit, which is much easier than copying and pasting, or having to use the phone in general.

Based on this:
can login from laptop
can't post from laptop
can't reply from laptop
can edit from laptop
can post from phone

Your laptop's IP address has been banned. Your phone is on mobile net and gets a different IP.

Find you IP address https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and ask mods to unban the IP/subnet. Some troll might have had this IP before and got banned. Then you got assigned the same IP/subnet.

Anyway this is my first guess what happened.

Try to post via anonymous proxy or VPN. Opera browser has built-in VPN. If that works it's IP ban.

But be careful to use Opera only for non important stuffs. Opera apparently relays their VPN data to China.

I am not able to copy and paste since the last ios update. Quite a bummer when replying to a Baker’s Dozen post.

Mods don't read every single post on the site so if you want their attention, either message one of them or send an email to [email protected].

Your IP hasn't been banned so far as I can see.

Try starting your browser in it's safe mode to see if an addon is causing it.

I've been dealing with this for years I'm not going to re-explain. There isn't anything I haven't already done.
