Is it possible to look slimmer but no weight loss on the scale?
I started cardio and strength training a couple of weeks ago. I do cardio 2x a week and weightlifting 3x a week. My weight has been relatively constant and fluctuates 1 pound. However, when I look in the mirror, I've noticed my face and body looks slimmer despite the scale not changing much. I've also gotten compliments from friends and family that I look thinner. Is it possible to look thinner without it showing it on the scale? Is this because I'm gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time? I thought that was a myth.
