Corn on the cob with no pesky silk!
We're getting close to summer and that means, among other things, corn on the cob.
I stumbled upon a great, super easy way to make it, that leaves your cobbed corn without any of those annoying strands of silk, and no shucking either π½
You can wash the ears if you want to but I didn't bother. Just pop into the microwave as-is for 4 minutes for 1 ear. Remove with pot holder or oven mitt, and with a sharp knife cut the large end off so you're removing about 2-3 rows.
Then using a second pot holder or oven mitt, push the ear out of its husk jacket and, tah-dah, perfectly cooked corn with no silk!
