Just started Munich
I’ll let you know how it is
shareI hate when movies stray too far from the truth. It's an interesting story, there was no need to take so many liberties. And they definitely should've included the murder of the Moroccan waiter in Norway. I think it probably should've been a documentary instead.
shareYeah it’s complete fiction
shareSo is that something that bothers you in any way?
shareNo, obviously not. I’m a huge fan of Braveheart and Apocalypto, which are extremely historically inaccurate. The Irishman is fiction as well, but they’re all brilliant cinema.
sharePersonally, I always find it annoying. I like historical facts.
shareSometimes truth is stranger than fiction, sometimes historical liberties are justified and make for great cinema.
shareSOMETIMES, but more often it's not the case. Why not include the tragic death of the Moroccan waiter? If anything shows what was wrong with the mission, it's that. Instead we get some nonsense about a Dutch female assassin getting whacked on a houseboat.🙄
shareI enjoyed it as a thriller. The book it was based on was flawed.
