Just started Munich

I’ll let you know how it is

reply

Just make sure you keep us posted on what you watch and if you like it.

reply

Haha, will you do the same? We need a constant stream of ratings and reviews.

reply

Ok you’re on

I hate when movies stray too far from the truth. It's an interesting story, there was no need to take so many liberties. And they definitely should've included the murder of the Moroccan waiter in Norway. I think it probably should've been a documentary instead.

reply

Yeah it’s complete fiction

reply

So is that something that bothers you in any way?

reply

No, obviously not. I’m a huge fan of Braveheart and Apocalypto, which are extremely historically inaccurate. The Irishman is fiction as well, but they’re all brilliant cinema.

reply

Personally, I always find it annoying. I like historical facts.

reply

Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction, sometimes historical liberties are justified and make for great cinema.

reply

SOMETIMES, but more often it's not the case. Why not include the tragic death of the Moroccan waiter? If anything shows what was wrong with the mission, it's that. Instead we get some nonsense about a Dutch female assassin getting whacked on a houseboat.🙄

reply

Excellent film, 9/10 from me.

reply

Yeah pretty solid

reply

I enjoyed it as a thriller. The book it was based on was flawed.
