Looking for an anime film...

I can't remember the title of an anime film I watched awhile ago, and I was wondering if anybody could help.

It was an anthology film.

One segment had a kid on a playground who got a magic marker that could manifest what he drew. He used it to draw mecha that fended off an alien invasion.

Another segment had a man arriving at his destination (work, home, girlfriend's house) only to see a version of himself already there - some weird creature taking over his life.

Another one was a bunch of philosophical ramblings like a free-form essay with trippy visuals.

It used to be on Netflix, but I don't think it's there anymore (I can't find it back, anyway...)

Could anybody take a stab at it?
