LTE speed

So I stream a film app from my phone to my tv and it keeps coming up that my LTE is too slow and to use wifi instead. My phone is on wifi already. What is this? It doesn't happen with any other app.
Also, if I stream from my tablet instead it still says that but also the speech and picture dont match or it will keep skipping.

How do I fix this?

LiTE speed.

That's probably because LTE was too slow. To fix this you may try to use WiFi instead.
