She’s 15 months old and has been spayed since she was 6 months. But, she acts and plays like a male. She rides my feet with her toys! I don’t know what to think about the situation.🤷🏼♀️

If by "riding" you mean she is humping your leg (Sorry for crudeness, I don't know any other way to put it), your dog is trying to show that she is dominant over you. That's a habit you need to break or she will not obey your commands when she realizes she can get away with it.
shareShe doesn’t “hump”. It is crude, isn’t it, but I can’t think of another word. She doesn’t act the way a male does in that way. She uses one of her latex toys, presses it against my ankle then wraps her front legs around the toy and ankle; then growls! 😂 She’s so hard headed I lost control of her months ago. She doesn’t respond when I call her. If she grabs something she shouldn’t I have to threaten her with the “grabber”, one of those long poles with a grabber on the end. She sees it and cowers.
