Soft Horror movie recommedation?

Hello,
Me and my Wife want to watch some good Horror movies. I'm a fan of it but she isn't so good with Horror movies (easy scared) so we are looking for good movies or tv series where is the "soft" horror type. So what do I mean with that? Like for example; The Maze runner. Where the monsters come and so on. Thats kinda soft horror u can add some survival if necessary.

I mean with some jumpscares. Or where u are on track all the time. More like a thriller. I don't know how to say it differend.

Ahh and please no psychological horror. And if u can movies where are "monsters"

I wouldn't recommend that. This one is scary. It's good, but scary.

Keep in mind the ending leaves something to be desired (then, so did the first one, IMO), but it has lots of cool atmosphere, which is one of the things I love about the original 👍

Grabbers (2012) - more of a comedy/horror really, but SO GOOD and definitely fulfills your monster brief

The Brood I found very disturbing and psychologically horrifying tbh, maybe too scary? It is fantastic though.
