Would you want to see the future or know what's out in the universe?

Future. The question for me would be: How far into the future? I wouldn't want to go so far that humans would have evolved into a species I don't recognize. On the other hand, if you go far enough, space travel may be an ordinary thing that everyone does, so I could both see the future and the depths of space.
