Vinyl or CDs at home.
CDs or Planet Rock radio in the car.
With my ears
shareI went "discless" some time ago. If what I want isn't available for download (minimum CD quality. preferably high-res) I'll buy the CD and rip it to my computer. Then I'll dispose of the CD by selling it, giving it away, or throwing it away, depending on how much it cost.
I don't subscribe to a streaming service. For casual background music I'll play free Pandora or Amazon Prime.
I purchase downloads via

I mostly use MP3s but I also collect vinyl records.
MP3 I use more often because it's a more practical format.
Never got into music streaming, I prefer owning an actual copy of song's

shareI'll add to my previous post that after I download or rip music, I transfer it via my network (i.e. things that are connected to my router) to an external hard drive which is connected to my digital music player (Bryston BDP-Pi). This player in turn is connected to my integrated amp (Bel Canto C5i) which feeds my speakers. So I can listen to internet radio, use Tidal or Qobuz, and listen to my downloaded/ripped music over my stereo, rather than through computer speakers. I don't subscribe to Tidal or Qobuz.
shareCDs or the radio.
shareMainly on YouTube these days. When I had Amazon Prime, I used to enjoy their streaming service.
shareThese days I mostly listen to music on my desktop computer with a pretty decent pair of speakers. But I still buy CD's as well. And I listen to music on Youtube and on the radio. 'Let the Band Play' for a bit of brass band music on community radio.
