Anyone else have a bad habit of eating out too much?
I literally go out to eat 4-5 nights a week, it’s one of my favorite things to do.
Extremely expensive and unhealthy but addicting.

I don't eat out very much at all
Too expensive and I very easily get fat if I don't watch the diet:/
I'm dying for Chinese takeout but only do it 3-4 times a year
4 TO 5 DINNERS A WEEK AS WELL...

shareI used to like the fast food/street food/restaurant experiences in the past, but not anymore.
Too much junk/crap that wears on you health wise over time -- it's better to avoid that stuff all but at some infrequent splurges maybe.
The other bad thing is that this stuff makes a bad habit -- it's like you create a junk food self-fulfilling prophecy of sorts.
I still eat "street food" but make sure to get enough vitamins/minerals/etc. to more than make up for the dietary downfall.
No I very rarely eat out, mainly because I enjoy cooking so much. There's also the expense, as you pointed out.
I do enjoy going to a decent restaurant on occasions though, Mexican is always my first choice. High fat foods upset my stomach so I mostly avoid fast food, drunk midnight kebabs notwithstanding.
Ditto! I (and my family) like my cooking way more than eating out. I do eat out sometimes but more often than not, I'm disappointed.
