American dating shows, "boy gets girl" films and other relationship tropes will never be the same again seeing as how his music became an associated act with these gigs, at least in pop culture.
There is even a rom-com movie featuring Topher Grace (That 70s Show) and Anna Faris (Mom) called "Take Me Home Tonight" (2011).
