I was trying to find the actress on IMDb but I can’t recall her characters name in Dragged Across Concrete. She’s the one who crawled half naked across to Vince Vaughn and shot him.

not 100% sure, but i just looked at a few clips of the movie, & i believe that is her based on the pics i found googling her. she's listed in the movie's cast as 'denise.'
