What would you do with $10,000,000?

shareBOOZE AND WOMEN!
shareI'd get financial advice before I made a move...then I'd help out those I know in need and start an animal sanctuary of sorts..
And I would travel..
I wouldn't tell ANYONE about it. No way. Not even family members. Money changes EVERYTHING in blink of eye.
People are people.
However, I would give some money to my family. Made some bs story.
Don't tell anybody and don't alter your lifestyle unless you were homeless. I would help a few hard luck cases I know behind the scenes but that would not require more than 250,000 dollars total. Hopefully, the 10M would be after taxes or a tax free gift.
shareVery true. You can be generous, and still be resented. The vast majority of wealthy people are people you never heard of. I really wonder if I'd like to win a huge sum in the lottery, because most State lotteries require you to be named publicly (to avoid accusations of fixed lotteries). That's all I need, the whole country knowing that I've just come into millions of dollars.

Use it for my self/debt/improvement in ways/etc. I would think more in line with investing/ventures than just splurging, but it'd make sense to buy a property/real estate for me at least and see where to go from there.
I'd also allocate some to give to others (because why would I alone need ten million?). Not sure how I'd go about doing that, but it's something I'd definitely want to do with a huge surplus of money out of nowhere.
I'd also allocate some for research/aid/charities to help fuel science and help the human condition and such. I have some particular ideas in mind for what I'd do to help with science/research/etc.
Would also be good to help "give back" somehow with it too, since I'd be so well off that I should do that in some way/give it to help something more than myself only. I'd think with big money one should think of big things -- not just themselves only.
Money doesn't buy happiness.
